Subtle Color Correction

Changes the color correction used by nmo_toxteth and nmo_cleopas to be more subtle and to not hinder your visibility like the default one does, specially in slightly dark areas, turning them pitch black.

This CC keeps the blue tone of the original while keeping the visibility of normal human eyes. Your survivor may have the stamina of a morbidly obese person, but with this mod they will at least have good eyesight.

Breaking bad taught us that Mexico was orange. No More Room in Hell taught us that Britain was blue and dark.
