No Boat-to-Boat Collision Damage

描述
Prevents boats from taking damage when colliding with other boats. This is primarily to make Nautopilots usable, especially with larger numbers of boats where collisions with other boats would often destroy the boats quickly.

Huge thanks to Fluxistence#5915 and sudura#3306 on the Klei Discord server for answering my questions and helping to make this mod possible.

I've noticed with this mod enabled, crab king bumpers take damage from hitting land. This is less than optimal

You probably would't take or deal damage crashing into monkey boats, no. Haven't tested it.

I accidentally replaced this mod with another one i am working with yesterday, thankfully a version of it was stored in the mod folder for an old dedicated server.
