Intro:

The first production version of the Sherman, the most common American tank, with an amazing total of 49,234 vehicles manufactured. The Sherman first saw combat in North Africa.

This was the U.S. Army's best-known tank of WWII.

Features:

3 variants:
  • M4A1 -> APCBC+ 30cal + HE, hull 30cal, commander 50cal
  • M4A1 (76) -> 76mm APCBC+ 30cal + 76mm HE, hull 30cal, commander 50cal
  • Sherman Mk.II -> APCBC + 30cal + HE + APCR (limited to 10 rounds), hull 30cal, commander 50cal

-> When shooting any of the 4 main track wheels (check images) with any AT or heavy damage weapon, both acceleration and speed will decrease incrementally by 25% up to 27% of its original value when all 4 of them are destroyed

Scripted features:
  • Destructible decorative elements randomization on spawn
  • Working lights (press T to toggle them ON/OFF), set ON by default when playing on night maps, compatible with Lezvin's amazing night/day cycle mutator (here)

would it be out of the question to make the crew INSIDE the hull of ARMOR immune to small arms?

the AI are able to target crew and kill them consistently, i as well can if i jam my face through the model, funny enough this is NOT the case for the german half track passengers despite being totally exposed from above

many vehicles in the ww2 collection are like this, the shermans, stuarts, and pz4 crews are all getting killed by dudes with rifles which feels bad, i'm sure many other vehicle crews are missing that tag as well

It's randomized on spawn, the purpose is to make each vehicle feel a bit more unique, also since it was a crew modification, not standard issue, it makes it a bit more immersive

idk why but both your sherman packs makes bots drive like drunkards, they keep swerving from left to right. The panzer IV's also have this swerving problem but it isn't as bad as the shermans.
