OneBlock

This mod introduces the gamemode "OneBlock" - a variant of the classic Minecraft SkyBlock - to cyubeVR.

You spawn in a so-called "Void World" where there are no blocks as far as the eye can see - only the singular block that you are located on top of. But this singular block is special: it regenerates. Every single time you break it, it reappears.

Your goal is the same as in a normal cyubeVR world - to build, explore, and most of all: be creative. But in this gamemode, the exploring part is a little bit different. Instead of walking around, you break the block and go through several "phases", each with their own set of blocks and loot pools for the rare Loot Block.

If this has piqued your interest, try it out! But most importantly, have fun!

It is very simple to get the Void World - you just have to have the mod installed, open any world, and then you're asked if you want to create it. When it tells you that it is done, simply leave the world and open the newly created world, "OneBlock".

You spawn in the center of the world, at precisely x=0, y=0, z=200. You can go 600 blocks (300 meters) in both the x and y direction, as well as anywhere but below layer 10. So it's quite big! If you ever fill it all up, I'll make a new world just for you ;)

You can in this discussion see all of the phases currently in the mod - do not read this if you do not want spoilers. If you have an idea for another phase, then write a comment there to tell me about it.

Item blocks have a high chance of flying everywhere - remember that they still follow the laws of physics, and you’re on a very small island! :P
Making a platform under the regenerating block (or something else) to make sure that they don't fly everywhere is a good idea in most cases.

- The size of the mod is due to the Void World. It is a normal size for a world, so don't worry about it - it will not mean anything for your performance.
