When I have no other retextures or animation addons for the Katana, then 4k retexture I have for it works just fine with no conflicts. The addon is the Weapon ( inc. Melee ) and items [4K] by Szalik. once I add the Katana animation from you then they conflict with each other. I may try and find another 4k retexture set for the weapons that doesn't conflict with the animation. Do you play to make the MW2019 animations for all weapons in the game? If not then could you please as no one else have really done just the animations alone without having retextures with them.
If you have conflicts, it means that the mod you are using has a custom model. In this case, that texture should not be compatible with the default katana model. I don't think there is a way to fix it.
