Disable irregular terrain

No more pixel hunting for placeable locations! This mod turns off the irregular terrain placement restriction for all buildings, allowing you to place them anywhere, such as the sides of mountains and craters. Any other placement restrictions such as water or mines having to be on veins still apply. This unfortunately will not work for buildings that are added by other mods.
