Spear of Blackvale

As with any extremely lavish empires, Blackvale wanted to end their campaign with a bang. So they planned to create a hugely vast, probably impractical railgun platform the likes of which have never been seen before. The result of these plans was the Spear of Blackvale, named so after the prominent javelin featured in Blackvale's flag.
