Regigigas but funny.

Some changed stuff:
- Nspecial, Uspecial, and Fspecial's inputs are now swapped around to fit some move changes (taunt at the start of a game to set them back to normal)
- Regi's grab is now a grab with a full set of 5 throws
- Regi jumpscare now has some funny stuff on hit
- Stone edge is now a platform summon
- Stone edge can still be performed by using down air or by pressing special after jab 2
- Down special is a focus attack
- Dtilt has a tipper
- Nair is a multi hit
- and more!

Lmao I straight ripped this from Harbige (with permission). He did the original Regi which is actually well designed and you should have it downloaded or else.
