Lesmash UTK-11 Flatbed

A 4-seat RWD truck. It has truckload of space, truckload of potential cargo weight allowed and more or less competitive speed. And all of this is powered by tiny V8. What else do you need?
An implementation of much more advanced single pivot steering allows to transport more or less safely up to 48t of cargo (can be more in theory, but it will require some CoM sorcery, I guess). The truck is tuned for off-road by default, apply both custom pivot catchblock friction and steering drum power if you want to make it better steerable on road surface.
