Hello. I decided to build this workshop for RP reasoning's and Sandbox reasoning's. So if you want, you can mess around with it. I'm gonna tell you some small details before I get into the big details. There are 2 ways to get in. One way is the garage door which you can use numpad0 to open or you can use the button inside to open it. Another way to get in is the side entrance. You also get a couch, a desk, and more stuff that are good to have. Moving on with the role of this Workshop. You are an engineer/workshop owner. You get a lot of equipment to build, make structures, and operate machines. Now that you know what to do, here are 6 things you should know.

1. On the side entrance there is a lock system. All you need to do is slide the bar over the latches that are connect to the doors. And poof! Your doors are locked. So now you can be safe.

2. In case of a robbery or an attack of some hostile person, there is a gun on the managers/workshop owners desk. Use it. All you need to do, is push E to interact with it. And now you have a gun.

3. Also if you need armor or some protection, there is a bucket on one of the shelf's. You can wear it. Just push E to interact with it so you can put it on as protection. After all, you are a workshop owner. Not like you'll get military grade armor. That would be ridiculous!

4. You have a lot of materials for a reason. Use them. And build with them using the workbench so you can have cool stuff like guns and explosives and more.

5. If your missing a material or something that you don't have, spawn it yourself. Your a workshop owner for a reason. So that means you get materials when you need them.

6. For this dupe to work, you need all the required items/addons.
