Added the older ethic icons before the Utopia patch/expansion release. As noted in developer diary#54 the ethics would be redone.

Collectivist will replace Authoritarian and Individualist will replace Egalitarian

This is purely a cosmetic mod, doesn't change anything related to game-play. This mod is achievement Ironman compatible.

This mod does not need to be updated unless there is a change to the ethic system.
