描述
Makes the Consciousness stat affect Psychic Sensitivity.

Changes the Psychic Suppressor hediff from Royalty's mech clusters to reduce Consciousness by 25%. If you have any better ideas on how to fix it via XML, please let me know.

Changelog 16/08/22

- Barely conscious pawns will now have their neural heat limit proportionally increased, this is to stop instant psychic breakdowns when entering a psychic coma with high/permanent neural heat.
- Higher consciousness won't increase neural heat limit by itself, but the increased psychic sensitivity will.

Changelog 01/11/22

- Removed Psychic Sensitivity decrease with lowered consciousness to hopefully fix psychic shock with VPE.

- Higher consciousness now also increases Global Learning Factor, and will decrease it if <50%, hence the name change.

In the game, this mod is updated, but in the steam page - it still doesn't have a 1.5 tag. It's not really important, but still...

Hello @Victor! Please allow me to express my gratitude for your work on this great mod! I would like to report a (potential) conflict with Big and Small + Prerequisites Framework and therefore all the Big and Small mod series. As in case of @p20 hammerpoints I have an infinite recursion bug which is resolved by removing Consciousness affects more! or Big and Small mod series. Can you please confirm and fix that in case confirmed? @p20 hammerpoints do you also have Big and Small mod series?

I think I may have had an infinite recursion bug with this mod involving Elite Bionics Framework.

I managed to fix it, as a [probably] temporary fix, the Psychic Suppressor will reduce Consciousness by 25%, regardless of Psychic Sensitivity.

@ed asner Good catch, it does indeed cause an infinite recursion, I'll see what I can do.
I think I`m just going to change the Psychic Suppressor's behavior.

Does this not cause some kind of weird issue with psychic suppressors considering they reduce consciousness based on psychic sensitivity?
