TF2 Hex - Control Point Texture Fix

So I don't know if this has been done before. I've done some digging, but haven't found any results similar to this, so sorry if I accidentally copied it. :\
But yeah, I've always hated how the alternate textures for TF2's Control Point model illuminated the entire model and not just the light, so I did my best to rectify that with this addon. The initial VMT's were an utter mess to sort out, but I managed to work around them in the end.
If you want to replace the Control Points in TF2's actual maps though, I recommend you use the Model Manipulator. Maybe I'll make a replacement version once I figure it out? IDK, we'll see.
