P: How do I turn off blood pools?
S: Use the command "sv_bgo_fx_blood_pool_style 0"

P: Even after turning off Keep Corpses, they still duplicate!
S: This is most likely due to an addon confliction. Blood and Gore Overhaul uses it's own bgo_ragdoll, meaning any mods that mess with ragdolls have a high chance to conflict. Not much can be done without redoing the entire ragdoll code.

P: Is this the newest version of the mod?
S: Yes, I saved the file of the mod a little after it was deleted, meaning that this is 100% the newest version.

P: Are there mod options?
S: Yes, they are located in the "Options" tab on the right side of the spawn menu, there is a Blood and Gore Overhaul section in there. You can modify things like ragdoll strength there, mess with it to your liking.

P: There is a slight delay between shooting an NPC and it being dismembered!
S: This was always an issue with Blood and Gore Overhaul, not a reupload issue.

Gibbing: Gib each individual physbone of a model, from the hands all the way to the torso. Effects, gib entities, and more are supported. Gibs are edible for extra brutality, granting the user 1 HP. Ew.
Sounds: Meatier sounds for all actions.

Check the incompatible mods list and UNSUBSCRIBE from anything you don't NEED.
Read the entire description
Turn off "Keep Corpses" in the context menu, and set ai_serverragdolls to 0 in the console.
Subscribe to this mod, go in game, and tweak the options to your liking. You can use the console or the config menu.
