Small Conveyor Passthru

This is a script override and as such will apply to all components, ammo and items, including from other mods , regardless of load order.

This overrides the PhysicalItem Size, which as far as my testing has shown, only changes if an object can pass through small conveyors or not.
It does not affect volume in inventory, nor volume or collisions when the component is floating in space.
