Inaccessible Liquids (Vanilla)

These are liquids that are inaccessible(?) in normal gameplay added in 1.25, Debug liquid 001(debug discoloration liquid) and inert liquid.
Debug liquid turns people pink.
Inert liquid can be combined with mending serum and adrenaline to create beverage m04.

Inert liquid has a remarkably low opacity value so it can be used as a sort of translucency dye. It *may* have a source other than modding a mixture for it like I did, but I haven't had any luck finding it.

I think inert liquid is supposed to be water (hence its inertness and being used as a main ingredient of a liquid meant for consumption), it just isn't super clear because of shader limitations probably
