描述
left 4 dead like gore

shoot em in the jaw and you will shoot out their mouth
shoot em in the forehead and you will see their brain

shoot them in the hand and their hand will be gone

WARNING THIS DOES NOT REPLACE THE GORE

also works best with legacy gore but depends on which you like
