Does this mod work with TFTV 1.0?

I am sorry but doing it how TFTV wants me to is insane, and frankly not that entertaining, all I want is fully modded soldiers, I am not asking for much, just NO CHICKEN LEGS for my gorilla soldier would be nice.

@1longarrow it's a very convoluted process and you also depend on the rng gods. Basically you need to lose soldiers infected with delirium, and then maybe one will randomly come back from the dead as a pandoran enemy on a mission.
Then you can to capture it, research it, and then capture a few more! (No joke)
After all that nonesense you unlock Project Osiris, and after researching it, if lose a soldier on a mission, there is random chance to bring them back with 3 augments.
Plot wise it's super cool, but gameplay wise is a convoluted mess and so impractical as to be useless.
I'm in awe of how cool TFTV is, but this part of it is a sore spot for me.

@Valorel Do you know what technologies we need to unlock it?

I've been playing the campaign for about 7 to ten hours and I have the tech that allows me to mutate my guys, but what else do I need?

Is there any way to make this work with TFTV?
I know there is a way in that mod to get 3 augments, but it's really convoluted and a dice roll even when you have the research.
I just hate how my soldiers look with just 2 augments >.<
