Better fertilizer mod

This mod makes it so that one Fertilizer is enough for one square of farmable terrain. So for example a Nursery needs 25 Fertilizer and a Standard Farm needs 64 Fertilizer. If loaded in an existing save only new buildings will be affected so you have to rebuild old farms.
