Zowrath originally uploaded it to twcenter a long time ago. I wanted to use this mod, but couldn't find it anywhere on the internet, so I had to dig deep in my old PC and found it, so I share it with everyone. All credits go to Zowrath

This mod allows you to have all western powers advantages at one event. Personally, I prefer this iteration more, than CN_Vandal's mod. It takes about in-game year for event to pop-up, since you've researched the needed technology. It shows only 2 western missions, but all three will be available (Idk how to fix it, probably UI is hardcoded as usual)
