works in chromium and other builds!

Vanilla Blood effects boring?
No problem i got you covered!
The blood effect may cure you well.
-Reflective blood textures (Bump-maps with a secret formula)
-Soaking bullet wounds (with reflection)
-Blood spray
-SMOD BLOOD TRAILING (NEW!)(BIG THANKS TO ZIPPY!!!!!!!!!!)
-Blood trailing on npc and players while alive and moving!! (NEW!)
-Sprayable blood on all surfaces
-Blood Particle physics based revamped
-New form of blood trailing/pooling Dynamic
-Blood Textures for human are dynamic!
-Added Exit wounds!
-Added blood dripping from ceilings
-Bloodpools (bloodpool_max_size and bloodpool_min_size convars)

Fun part is .... more will come with the updates and improvements.
