LOTUS Squad — V+ Styled Spec-Ops Skins

The main idea of Cardinals:
Small, rich country, an ally of the Ravens. They have enough money both to have their own weapon industries and to maintain army which is as modern as armies of big birds. Due to small size, they've had to choose sides and they decided to join Ravens cause of matching ideals, common peaceful history and close proximity.
