Make sure to put this mod at the top of mod load order.

This is a cheat mod for Wales which does the following.

- 100% Growth Rate
- 100% Reduced building cost
- 100% Reduced build time for main settlement buildings (Cities and Forts)
- 100% Reduced recruitment cost
- 100% Increase to replenishment rate
- 100% Reduction in upkeep for noble and professional units
- 1000% Research rate

the 1000% research rate does not 100% work, due to even with this mod it takes 2 turns per tech

I know this comment won't be related to this, but could you make Antioch cheat mod next? Thanks and keep up the great work these mods has helped me get better at total war as a new casual player.
