Hotline Miami Masks

Hotline Miami Masks adds all 27 masks from the original Hotline Miami game (Russell is excluded from PC version). Their perks are represented when you wear the mask.

Currently only 7 masks have perks as I'd like them to:
Brandon, George, Graham, Jake, Nigel, Richard, and Rick.
Masks that are somewhat working as I want:
Louie, Oscar, Rami and Rasmus.
Carl, Dennis, Richter, and Tony give their weapons just fine... but just try to avoid throwing them from your inventory? okay? Also some further testing seems to show that it's quite more buggy than I thought.. but at least you have some weapons...
All other masks are simply a craftable helmet at the moment because learning how to do this stuff is hard.

- Recipes & Descriptions -
Every mask can be made at a loom with 10 Silk plus their specific ingredient:
(*Starred masks currently have no implemented perks.)

*Aubrey: 10 Mud Blocks (Currently nothing)
Brandon: Aglet (50% increased movement speed)
Carl: Grasshopper (Gives a drill weapon when wearing the mask)
*Charlie: Black Ink (Currently nothing)
*Dennis: Bunny Stew (Currently nothing; gives a knife weapon when wearing the mask)
*Don Juan: Leather (Currently nothing; opening doors on mobs will hurt them)
*Earl: 10 Ice Blocks (Currently nothing; dodges two hits with a 30s cooldown)
George: Binoculars (Applies the scope effect when worn (right click to extend view))
Graham: Bunny (30% increased movement speed)
Jake: Snake Charmer's Flute (150% throwing/rouge damage (does not apply to vanilla throwables))
*Jones: Cooked Fish (Currently nothing; makes kills more gory)
Louie: Lizard Tail (Enemies are less likely to target you (using anything will cause them to aggro))
Nigel: Fruit Salad (Applies confusion)
Oscar: 10 Dirt Blocks (Applies blindness; applies a dark filter over the screen)
*Peter: Fallen Star + Leather (Currently nothing; gunshots are quieter)
*Phil: Bass (Currently nothing; turns the language to French)
Rami: 10 Sand Blocks + 1 Bottled Water (Currently 20% chance not to consume ammo; 33%)
Rasmus: Owl (Applies night vision and spelunking; magic lantern effect)
Richard: Bird (No perks, as intended)
*Richter: Rat (Currently nothing; gives a less powerful uzi when wearing the mask)
Rick: Fox Ears (100% increased ranged damage)
*Rufus: Bone (Currently nothing; dodges first hit with a 30s cooldown)
*Russell: Red Cape (Currently nothing; applies a black and white filter over the screen)
Ted: Dog Ears (Wolves, Werewolves and Hellhounds don't attack)
Tony: Feral Claws (Gives a fist weapon when wearing the mask)
*Willem: Bananas (Currently nothing; enemies drop more money)
*Zack: Frog (Currently nothing)
