Well, well, well, it has been quite a while since I've posted anything. So, why not post this! This is a repost from GameMaps of course, so it's not my mod. This is a really cool Concept Bill mod created by NassimO on GameMaps. Basically, what they did was change Bill's, Face, Hat, and Jacket to look more like his concept self and it looks pretty amazing! I hope you like this mod from NassimO and if you want to go the original, here is the link- https://www.gamemaps.com/details/4238 have a nice day folks! Also, this mod was made in 2012, So, it doesn't have the TLS updates, but if you want, you can edit this to make it work with the TLS stuff. (Main image by NassimO- Edited by Me, Screenshot's also by Nassimo.)

@unoriginal person Sorry dude, I can't. It's not my mod. It's a mod from GameMaps. I just reposted it on here since GameMaps downloading could be confusing to some people. I would if I could man, but I can't. I don't really have any experience in modeling or modding this game. But if you find someone else that can do that type of stuff- You can ask them. Again, I am sorry that I can't make an only face version.

You don't need the recommended mods. But if you don't want glitchy animations, I highly recommend that you download those mods.
