Medium Submarine Hunter,comes out the water if its fighting planes, has a nasty Smart Particle cannon and alot of Torpedos and its very hard to kill with torpedos.

This Ship will go underwater if its fighting any water craft and will come back out if its fightign planes, so it can see them with that Pac and shoot them down.

-Cost: 383,101 Total
-Speed: 25 [m/s] (19 when underwater)
-Material Storage: 344,000
-Volume: 11,855 [m3] (5,197 Blocks)

Weaponry:
-1 Smart SCATT Particle Cannon that Changes fire depending on the size of the target 193m tube
-10 Emp Frag Torpedos under the `wings`
-25 Medium Frag torpedos with one turn
-2 Large Frag Torpedos

Deffences:
-Sinks to the bottom of the sea if its fighting something in the water and comes back if its fighting a plane or aircraft
-Smoke Dispencers
-54 small Missile interceptors, (when above water)
-30 Medium Torpedo interceptors.
-1 Large Sonar Target Simulator with Ballas tank
-2 Huge Sonar Target Sumulator with harpoon

This Craft is basicaly the counterpart to the Steel Striders Reefshark, but unlike the reefshark this one is not afraid of anything and its pritty dangerious, it can take out a black curent

More info on the Particle Cannon if you want to learn/use it: it has 2 modes depending on the target its fighting
-Fires Piercing with an overclock of 2
-14 Seconds for Large and above targets (47 Firepower) Usefull for dealing alot of instant damage
-8 Seconds For below to Large Targets (45 Firepower) More effective at fighting planes or smaller subs
-it CONSUMES Energy (i did set it up not to eat more than 30%)
