Additional Monster Functionality

THIS IS A LUA FOR BAROTRAUMA C# MOD

Adds additional functionality while playing as a monster, namely:

- Monsters can see in the dark
- Monsters can see where the submarine is when far away from it.

This mod also adds the following chat commands:

- !respawnasmonster - Control a random monster on the level.
- !respawnaspirate - Control a random pirate on the level.
- !respawnasnpc - Control a random non-crew NPC on the level.
- !blacklistcharacter - Prevents the currently controlled character from being picked again
- !blacklistspecies - Blacklists the entire species
- !clearcharacterblacklist - Clear character blacklist
- !clearspeciesblacklist - Clear species blacklist
- !cleargazelist - Clear watcher's gaze list.
- !applywatchersgaze - Permanently applies watcher's gaze to an applicable mob while still controlled.
- !returntospectate - Returns you to spectator.
