btw, if someone modifies any Special Infected model, then someone else may not be able to access that person's local server. The console shows that the player (not the host) is downloading the host's Special Infected model. If someone wants to run the local server, then it is best to disable the add-ons associated with it. btw again: modified weapon add-ons may have a similar effect, which requires the local server to disable sv_consistency via the console (set the value of this variable to 0).

If you want to use this add-on without the above changes, then the best way is to deploy a Left 4 Dead 2 Dedicated Server.

I don't understand what you are talking about
This is essentially the config of a SourceMod plugin, rather than a general, map add-on.

It will only work on local or dedicated servers where the plugin is installed and modified accordingly. It will not work on third-party, other people's servers (such as official dedicated servers) that do not have the plugin installed and modified accordingly.

If you are asking about those things "seven years ago", then I don't know. Those plugins were probably proprietary to the Chinese servers, and unfortunately they no longer exist today.

HarryPotter's Unlimited-Map has some campaigns with similar modifications, but it doesn't cover all campaigns.
