[Abandoned] Cursed Blood Trait

(despite being abandoned this probably still works simply due to the sheer simplicity of it)

The Cursed Blood trait causes mutations to be more common.
Mutations are when a character's genetic or physical traits, other than illness/injury traits (except cancer) change. Tiered genetic traits go up and down a level at a time, so you won't get a normal person immediately becoming Herculean.

Having pure blooded trait prevents harmful and neutral (ie: giant, dwarf, lunatic) mutations, so a character with both Cursed Blood and Pure Blood will only get positive mutations.

Also yes, you can increase the frequency of mutations in those with Cursed Blood if you use this at the same time as the "Who Broke The Reactor?" mod that this is based off of. Before anyone asks if I got permission to make this mod from WBTR's creator:
