Turkmenistan (Saparmurat Niyazov)

Adds Turkmenistan under Saparmurat Niyazov, also known as Turkmenbashy. Turkmenistan is a former Soviet Socialist Republic in Central Asia, and is one of the biggest exporters of Natural Gas in the world. But some would say Turkmenistan is much more well known for its dictatorship and Niyazov's strange decrees. Niyazov banned lip syncing, smoking, dogs from Ashgabat, opera and ballet, circuses, men wearing long hair or beards, and the Turkmen word for bread (which he changed to his mother's name, Gurbansoltan). But most notably, Niyasov made his book "Ruhnama" mandatory in school curriculum, and told all Turkmen that by reading his book 3 times, they would go to heaven.




Also adds "Ruhnama" as a Great Work.
