From my experience with the modpack open and health bars up, no bars moved after the knockdown, no number got added to the frame counter, and they stood straight up. I saw it happen once early in the match and kept my eyes locked for the rest of the match and it happened three more times. Frame counter at 0, no health or spirit damage, stood straight up.

Does the defender get up from it immediately every time?

Hey! I really like this move a lot, it looks great! I think you might want to double check it because it doesn't appear to have a damage flag on it? Otherwise it's great!
