Backstory: After the previous president got kidnapped he resigned and a new and promising candidate is rallying the people behind him as well as the prince. You are QRF during his speech and have just been triggered.

Briefing: Not much info is known at this point more than that there was an attack during the speech. Escort the VIP to safety.
Uregistan was ruled by Aabid the III and his son and prince Farid the II the heir to the throne. It was a stable country until natural disasters destroyed the main industrial area in Uregistan which crippled the economy and resulted in increased poverty and lack of food and water. Extremist groups used to opportunity to recruit people and start a rebellion with ended with the death of Aabid the III by a mob and his son Farid the II being imprisoned by the rebels.

Several countries reacted to this as well as the UN which demanded a cease of hostilities and the release of prince Farid the II. The demand by the international community were not met and a task force was formed to help establish a new democratic goverment and bring peace to the country.
