This ship was first designed long ago as an escort for my small mining vessels. Despite the age, with a few touch ups, it stood the test of time and still sees use to this day. It's from a time before torpedo so nothing to show here. It's able to field an impressive array of bolters, plasma, laser, point defense laser and a pair of launcher turrets for it's small size.

Even with the rework to the turret coverage, this ship still struggles to fight properly when flown by AI but a player can use it without any problem. This ship is cheap and you can easily field a couple or more, either to pilot or to protect your early game ventures.
