This jovial child of a man is a powerful Uitana native to the realm Kasana, a branch of cosmically evolved Julimnity who took their exodus from Earria some time before the universe entered its second iteration under the corrupt hand of the Eudanai, Old Ones of the Abyss. Like many of his kin, Monroe's "body" is now a shell which contains his evolved being, the strange sapphire sphere that lies exposed in the center of his chest. Energy from the sphere courses freely and illuminated through the body's veins. So he loves to say when people asks about it. In truth, the sphere that lies at the center of his chest is a compound organ taking the place of his brain, lungs, and heart. The complexities behind that and the rest of his body takes too much time for Monroe to explain to the average Julim. Or rather, he doesn't feel the need to explain something to Julims who have no interest in ascending. What good would that information do for them? Would the information be put towards making machines? Weapons? If it isn't obvious already, Monroe, as well with the other Uitani, have lost their trust in the people they deem to be technological barbarians. Joshua's father's incompetent rule scuffed all of that up. Monroe personally doesn't trust Joshua and his children with their current rule over Earria..
