Boss Faster Respawn

@LeChuck sometimes the game do weird things, or the base mod file that they gave isn't 100% accurate, since all I did was change the cool down of their spawn to 0.

it seems to actually be an issue with the game just respawning only one of the boss per month. starting from the higher up ? So in my case the game respawned leonid then mountain specter then coatl before finally spawning hatuibwari

dangkang respawn just fine but his bigger brother in the next area, cloud nine hatuibwari doesn't seem to respawn the next month after being killed with this mod.
