[HDI] HS-FOB-796 Tartus Station

描述
Manufacturer: [HDI] Hephaestus Defense Industries

Utility: Forward Operations Base

Environ: Orbital

Dock Capacity: 2 Small Hangars, 2 Tethers

The Tartus Station is but one of several common use installations used by [HDI] in the Artemis System. Able to support ships as large as the Ariel from the Omega Series and lower. Equipped with 2 internal hangars for small craft and two tethers on an extended platform allows it to accommodate up to 4 ships comfortably. Internal accommodations allows up to 6 inhabitants permanently, with rather simple and spartan like furnishings. This station functions as waystation for incoming ships when pushing forward in an unclaimed area or in the even that minimal forces are needed to hold an area.

On board facilities allows the Tartus Station to process a considerable amount of resources with the 3 large refineries and numerous assemblers. Large solar banks with batteries allows the station to draw in and store substantial energy stores for later use or in the event the station cannot be provided with uranium to feed the reactors.

The Tartus Station is equipped with numerous turrets of various types used for defense should the station be assaulted by enemy forces. While their potential is not able to take on a squad of combat ships, it would do fine against the occasional pirate attack or the errant engineer that gets too close.

Sensor activated hangar doors allows the pilot to bring in a ship to one of two lateral hangars unassisted from the occupants so long as you are recognized as a friendly to the owned faction or a member proper. Note, the sensors are not keyed to recognize the players body but rather small grids only.

Weighing in at just over 4700 blocks, this station is great for servers, survival, and even scenarios. This FOB is part of the official H Series.

Certainly. All it would require is likely to simply adjust the sensor timing point on the action. I fail to recall what it was set to but if it defaulted to the standard sequence then it will simply need to be made to wait longer before the action kicks in.

No worries, you didn't sound rude. I prefer to consider all feedback as constructive criticism. I'll see about adjusting the bp tomorrow.

first of all: i`m surprised you responded, so thank you for doing so
Second of all: i apologize if i was rude, i was having a not so great day, and the hangar closing by itself while i was tryna land a ship inside was ticking me off, but don`t get me wrong, your builds are awesome.
So sorry again, if its a thing you can fix, that would be great, so other people don`t have to deal with the same thing

The bp hasn't been updated since it was originally released. Sometimes, on older grids, the sensors can get a little off.

ima be straight with you: the auto hangar close is retarded

No that makes sense I just swapped a couple cyropods for small storage so I can access it all. The station is great imo i kind of wish i didn't sound so passive aggressive for such an easy solution lol

The station itself has some storage, mostly in the form of large containers hidden in the bottom section but also some small containers. There are admittedly not a lot since it is mostly there to hold ammunition and ice for tank refueling. I need to update it.

I love the build but I'm having a hard time finding storage access. Or access to any inventory on the station

We need a video tour of that beauty
