This changes many billboards, signs and overlays to all Pink!

i've almost kept this to a minimum, but not everything else is changed like bank signs, pawn shop signs and etc.

most of my signs i did awhile ago such as (Pink Highway Signs, Pink Military Signs) are now placed into here. so in case if u are wondering, you wont be needing those if ur gonna use this. i will leave the current ones but just if you want individual ones.

issues, questions, comments and concerns im taking all c: ill be happy to reply back as i can!
