My first weapon mod, the HK MP7A1. Found in-game under Close Quarters or local's armory, the MP7A1 is designed to be easy to control, quick to cycle, and allow you to clear out even the peskiest of Ravens. Comes with Standard, Suppressed, and Red Dot versions.

For the +1 thing there is a checkbox called 'Use Max Ammo Per Reload' in the weapon script (near the bottom), below that you can specify the amount of ammo, so for a gun with 30 rnd mags make the capacity 31 rounds and the 'Max Ammo Per Reload' 30. A reload will now load 30 rounds max. Have u tried this?

There is still a problem with the spread. It's like it's not sighted in, the bullets land well below the dot at 10-40m. The gun is great, and fixing this issue will make it perfect!

The accuracy of the guns are not accurate. When I shoot the gun it shoots under the expected direction.
