[HAM] - Unarmed Y-32 Xi'an Transport

Details:
- I find the Y-32 to be one of the coolest vehicles in the game but it can be a lil' overpowered when used in a combat role. This simply removes all weaponry from the aircraft so it can be solely used for transportation.
- Painted Grey Hex Camo by default.

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

- Profiling Branch recommended but not required for all my scripts.
- Only works on servers with zeusCompositionScriptLevel = 2;
