[HAM] - Add Tracer Ammo to All

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

Details of Add Tracer Ammo:
- Place this composition down and it will exchange all CURRENT units on the battlefield with Tracer Mags depending on the Faction Side. (BLUEFOR = RED, OPFOR = GREEN, INDEP = YELLOW).
- Any unit spawned after this composition has been placed will not have Tracer Mags unless you replace the composition down again. Generally I recommend make your mission first, then place this composition after so all your guys in mission get tracers.

- Profiling Branch + Profiling Branch Companion Mod Recommended but Not Required for all my scripts.
- Only works on Private or Public LVL 2 Script Enabled Servers:

Known Limitations:
- Units with custom loadouts may get an error message when trying to apply Tracer Mags (Example: a BLUFOR Soldier holding a OPFOR rifle will not be able to have tracers applied because the OPFOR rifle does not have RED Tracers to match BLUFOR Team).
