[HAM] - AddAction "Refuel Gas Tank"

What is H.A.M.?
- Huntsman's Admin Menu made for use in Public Zeus lobbies to give Zeus more on the fly control over the battlefield.

Details of AddAction "Refuel Gas Tank":
- First pick a target vehicle, empty fuel first (otherwise this is pointless) then click on target vehicle with module. From there players can walk up and refuel the vehicle and drive away.
- This was made to compliment my other Scripted Composition: [HAM] - Jerry Fuel Can https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2731187652
- If you are going to use the Jerry Fuel Can, I suggest only adding the module to the target vehicle AFTER the ground team has located and acquired the Fuel Can otherwise they will be able to refuel the vehicle without the Fuel Can.

- Profiling Branch + Profiling Branch Companion Mod Recommended but Not Required for all my scripts.
- Only works on Private or Public LVL 2 Script Enabled Servers:
