How do I acquire the scroll for this mod's skill ? ... buy in shop , loots / drops ? ... or other ?

yep i just learning how they work is in Chinese , melee seem to be hard to do idk if is a projectile or not.

it is open source, those json file is all you need to make this mod. although deeper understanding on how skill is constructed certainly help.
