Research Rebalance

This mod speeds up the general research speed of all three campaigns slightly and subtly
(Shogun 2, Fall of the Samurai, Rise of the Samurai)
by adding research bonuses to specific building chains or increasing existing ones.
Feedback is welcome :)

Update 02.08.2022:
Added slight research bonuses in RotS in Bunka arts for the Castle chain and in Budo arts for the Government chain.

The exact changes are:

Shogun 2 Vanilla Campaign:

Castle chain:
Fort (Level 1): Bushido research speed from +0% to +3%
Stronghold (Level 2): Bushido research speed from +1% to +5%
Fortress (Level 3): Bushido research speed from +2% to +8%
Castle (Level 4): Bushido research speed from +4% to 12%
Citadel (Level 5): Bushido research speed from +10% to 20%

Buddhist chain:
Buddhist Temple (Level 1): Chi research speed from +3% to +5%
Monastery (Level 2): Chi research speed from +5% to 8%
Temple Complex (Level 3): Chi research speed from +10% to +12%
Legendary Temple (Level 4): Chi research speed from +15% to +20%

Ikko Ikki chain:
Jodo Shinshu Temple (Level 1): Chi research speed from +2% to +3%
Jodo Shinshu Monastery (Level 2): Chi research speed from +4% to +6%
Jodo Shinshu Sanctuary (Level 3): Chi research speed from +6% to +9%
Honganji (Level 4): Chi research speed from +10% to +20%

Christian chain:
Chapel (Level 1): Chi research speed remains at +5%
Hospital (Level 2; Subchain 1): Chi research speed from +5% to +8%
Mission (Level 2; Subchain 2): Chi research speed from +10% to +12%
Jesuit Seminary (Level 3; Subchain 1): Chi research speed from +5% to +12%
Church (Level 3; Subchain 2): Chi research speed from +15% to +16%
Jesuit College (Level 4; Subchain 1): Chi research speed from +5% to +16%
Cathedral (Level 4; Subchain 2): Chi research speed remains at +25%

Port chain:
Nanban Trade Port (Level 4): All arts research speed from +0% to +10%
Nanban Quarter (Level 5): All arts research speed from +0% to +20%

The Intellectual chain (The unique building chain of some provinces) and its bonuses remain untouched.

Fall of the Samurai Campaign:

Settlement chain:
Town (Level 1): All arts research speed from +0% to +5%
Large Town (Level 2): All arts research speed from +0% to +10%
City (Level 3): All arts research speed from +0% to +15%
Municipality (Level 4): All arts research speed from +0% to +20%
Prefecture (Level 5): All arts research speed from +0% to +30%

Rise of the Samurai Campaign:

Intellectual chain:
School (Level 1): All arts research speed from +3% to +5%
Calligraphy School (Level 2): All arts research speed from +6% to +10%
Provincial Academy (Level 3): All arts research speed from +10% to +15%
Confucian Academy (Level 4): All arts research speed from +20% to +25%
