Patches UI Overhaul Dynamic and Branch Office Expansion to work together.

NOTE:
This only allows the button to show, it does not currently alter the mod UI's

You are allowed to use this in collections. However, you cant use this in modpacks without first getting my permission (Just ask)

Load Order:
  1. Branch Office Expansion
  2. UIOD
  3. This Mod

Last UIOD update today broke this mod, rip

Would be nice if this got updated for the latest version of the game, as the expansion planner had some changes to it.
