Fix for characters turning into babies (Guan Yinping, Zhang Xingcai)
First download PFM
Link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/packfilemanager/
Open the .pack file with PFM (Pack File Manager).
Find your totalwar threekingdoms files and install
On the top left choose file than choose open
Find the file MTU ( name: Lady_Bian_FLC) ( It can be in steamapp → workshop → content )
Choose file in the left name: db
Go to campaign_character_arts_tables
Just edit portrait + uniform to use adult versions:
Zhang xingcai:
Portrait: 3k_main_child_female → 3k_main_hero_special_fire_zhang_xingcai (or copy line 84 to 85 )
Uniform: 3k_main_child_female → 3k_main_lady_zhang_xingcai
Guan Ping:
Portrait: 3k_main_child_female → 3k_main_hero_special_wood_guan_ping (or copy line 87 to 88 )
Uniform: replace name
Go file character_generation_age_ranges_tables:
Edit birth_year set ~16 years earlier, so the character spawns as an adult. (174 If you start in 190). And remember save your changes

Thanks for your response. It was indeed some mod conflicts. I tried to use a mod to get unlimited Unique Items (like 100) of each, which removed like weapons from other unique characters that were not implemented in the normal game. Thanks anyway!

it looks like u guys encounter some mod conflicts.
try to close some or change their order.
if problems still exists.

Since I use this mod, I don't have any longer uniques characters even if the menu shows them. If there a way to fix this ?

Same for the set-bonus of the Blue Blade and Zhao Yun's regular armour is also gone...

A few things here are not working properly anymore. I saw there was an add-on for Zhao Yun his tiger armour, but there seems to be something wrong with a few characters. Zhang Xueer and Guan Yinping have no base stats (instinct, expertise, resolve etc.) anymore. As for Zhao Yun his weapon Invincible seems to be gone completely when I start any campaign. This only happened as I updated from 3.2 to 3.3 today, but is there a trigger event or so for this to happen?
