@ImTrash you can go to the mods sound folder (Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\soulja boy coins_2832391482\resources\sfx\feedback) and manually edit the audio files to your preferred volume using something like Audacity. I made a version that cuts the volume in half {链接已删除} here , just replace the files in the mod folder with these.

the issue has been resolved by me unpacking the game files, it could find the sound effect fine after that

I've also done both of these things, I disabled all mods and unsubscribed from all sound effect changing mods, uninstalled the game, deleted the steamapps folder and the mod folder in the user files, then fully reinstalled the game, coins are still silent. Soulja Boy truly needs his voice heard. Other mods that replace coin pickup sounds also work, but the same silent coins issue is persistent. I'm pretty sure that isolates it to my user files for the game which contain my saves, or the sound itself was removed from the list of samples somehow and this change to the files was saved to steam cloud. It's pretty confusing and it doesn't help that I can't take a look at the game files easily.
