Do none of the stargates work at all? Like, if you travel to a stargate site and try to use that stargate to dial a different site, does that work? (I assume not but just making sure)
Any further information you could provide would be helpful, like an error log and your modlist.
You could also try removing a few mods at a time and see if the issue dissapears at any point.
I have tried all three types (the regular was using the DHD)
I can use glyphs fine, but I can't dial out, or dial home. It doesnt even have a right-click interactive option. I have been raided twice through my gate, but it hasn't happened for ages.
Glyph sites spawn fine, I can caravan there, raid them, even steal the gate, but again, I can't dial home, even if i kill all the enemies and claim the gate and DHD
So, uh... I guess... If you use Odyssy, debug in a bunch of glyph slabs and reroll whenever something bugs out?

I'm not sure what else I can do to troubleshoot this...
Well, alright- I sent my colonists through drop pods towards the quest site. I got a brief look at the map with the game paused... And when I unpaused, the quest site immediately was deleted and the group got kicked out to the world map.
Has anyone else seen this kind of issue before?
