Clearing the boss room removes curse of the lost for that floor.

Compatible with AB+/Rep/Rep+

(doesn't grant health or actually use the item effect at all, but the curse is removed from the level)

It definitely should! It gets rid of the curse completely, same as if you picked up black candle mid run. If it doesn't they should fix it.

Minor problem but curse of the lost isn't cleared if another curse is also active (eg lost + maze)

@Mommyrello What Luni said, and also if you haven't beaten Mom yet, you won't be able to get achievements with mods on.

No, they don't mess with achievements but mods don't let you play dailies unless you turn them off and restart the game.
