arrows not words workaround

Brings back the possibility to have arrows instead of words in the HUD.
IMPORTANT: It‘s a workaround mod and you have to change your combo keybinding to „.“ (dots) as seen on the second image.
If you use slightly different keybindings you have to copy the mod folder to your own mod folder and change 1 or 2 images in a photo editor.
This mod is just quickly thrown together to show how to get arrows in the HUD back in the newest version of the game. Feel free to make a similar mod with prettier arrows. Maybe the creator of original Words to arrows mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=488899091 will bring out a similar mod.
