Reload Game Button

描述
This mod adds two buttons in the Options menu to quickly reload the game: one saves the game before reloading, while the other reloads your last save. This is useful for situations where you want to refresh the game client (if the graphics get glitchy during Cookie Storm, if you're working on mods, trying for reliable cookie combos, etc.) but don't want to go through the hassle of the Steam client each time.

This mod does not disable Steam achievements.

If you are using CCSE and run into problems with this mod, make sure this mod has a higher priority than CCSE.

if i open options it shows nothing and it starts freazing

Is there a hotkey to reload the last save?. If not it'd be a great addition.

I did all of that, I turned off in-game overlay, deleted the overlay data, uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it still can't reload.

Export your save data somewhere safe and try reinstalling the game, see if that helps? Maybe also check the Steam properties for the game and disable things like the overlay.

Yeah, I disabled them all and it still won't reload. Thanks for trynna help though.

If the game can't reload, then this mod can't do anything. Try disabling all of your mods, see if the game can reload, and if it can, re-enable them one by one until you can't. If you disable all your mods and you can't reload, then something else is at play besides mods.

You're right I can't reload at all for some reason. CTRL+R does nothing and changing the language or screenreader settings doesn't reload it either.

That last part would have been helpful information 😅 You can check the code, all this mod does is add the buttons to the menu and clicking the buttons just sets global variables to restart the game. I'm curious, does pressing CTRL+R do anything? Maybe something is interfering with the game's ability to reload at all.
